Is My 2020 Season Valid for the 2021 Season?
Yes! All 2020 Season Passes have been extended and are valid for the ENTIRE 2021 season.
When Will I Take My Photo For My Season Pass?
Raging Waves will not be using physical Season Pass cards during the 2021 season, so you will not need to take your photo this year. Instead, please bring your Season Pass confirmation PDF along with a valid photo ID to Guest Services to check in for the day.

Will Season Pass Holders Have to Make A Reservation?
Reservations are not required for the 2021 season.
What Attractions Will Be Available?
All attractions, including the NEW Aussie Mat Dash will be open for the 2021 Season!
What Will The Season Pass Check-In Process Be Like?
The 2021 check-in process for Season Passholders is as simple as 1-2-3! First, stop by our parking booth and present your confirmation PDF along with a valid photo ID to receive free parking. Next, head on over to Guest Services and present your confirmation PDF along with a valid photo ID to enter the park. Then, enjoy a wonderful day at Illinois' Largest Waterpark!
Will I Be Able to Bring A Bag In? Will There Be A Bag Check?
For the 2021 season, Raging Waves will be implementing a CLEAR BAG policy. All guests must use a clear bag that can easily be checked by our security staff. We please ask that you leave all other bags in your vehicle prior to park entry. As in previous years, small soft sized coolers with factory sealed water bottles will still be allowed. Will I Be Able to Use My Guest Tickets or Ice Cream Tokens This Year?
Yes! Depending on the season pass type and purchase date, passholders will be able to use additional pass perks, including guest tickets, ice cream tokens, and discounts for additional day tickets, for the 2021 season.
How Do I Redeem My Complimentary Tickets?
If you purchased a 2020 Premium Season Pass or 2020 V.I.P. Season Pass by January 4, 2020, and would like to redeem your complimentary admission tickets, please make sure guests using them are with you when you enter the park. The passholder needs to present their confirmation PDF as well as a valid ID at Guest Services. A team member will redeem the complimentary tickets electronically and allow your guests to enter the park with you.
What Is The Re-Entry Policy For Passholders?
For the 2021 Season, re-entry to the park for all guests is from 11am to two hours before the park closes.
